British Properties edition by Calumet Literature Fiction eBooks
A refreshingly smart comedy, "British Properties" details the dynamism within a seemingly harmless practice done by a cultured and respected member of higher academia, and its potential consequence of a primal, low-brow, and so often considered these days - horrendous, nature. As in his other works of short fiction, such as "Naag Devta", Olson creates a universe contingent on his characters, one that is forged and ripened by their own self-interests, and goes on to narrate the effects (often deleterious) they have on those who are closest (or unknowing of such) to them.Fascinating and funny: dare I say these two characteristics are lacking in today's market of creativity?
Endow yourself with some substance.

British Properties edition by Calumet Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I don't know. I just don't think I got the point of the story. I found it difficult to read, due to the author's constant overuse of unnecessarily elaborate wording. I understand that this is his writing style, but I found it very off-putting.
